OPEN CALL (Expert in the field of organization and moderation)

iCAN is looking to engage an expert in the field of organization and moderation, to carry out a conversation event with a successful young individual in the business world.

Applicants will have to submit to iCAN a presentation related to the topic that will be part of the organization.

Methodology and field of action

The expert/lecturer is expected to:

Create methodology and dynamics related to the event, organize the entire event and moderate the same. Аlso to provide a stable and comfortable space for the realization of the event  for the participants.

Expected results

After the organization the participants should be able to:

• Understand the importance of networking;
• Analyze and identify ways to achieve career;
• Plan their ideas and are able to concretize their ideas;
• Strengthen their mental health and are motivated by success stories;
• Conduct career orientation;

Requirements for Experts/Lecturers experience and skills:

Diploma  in an appropriate field for organization, counseling, career guidance or moderation

Experience in the field of organizing and moderating events

Excellent interpersonal communication and counseling skills.
