CALL FOR TWO MENTORS (application deadline 17 December 2020)
iCAN is looking to engage two mentors that will conduct 8 Mentorships (8 companies) in companies operating in the Polog region.
The Mentorship is expected to be completed within 3 months (5 days onsite scanning of the company, 5 days for the preparation of the materials and 5 days for dispersing and consulting with the mentored companies).
Mentors will need to provide to iCAN the mentoring implementation plan that will articulate the overall ToR requirements including the proposed methodology, clear timeline and process sharing.
Methodology and field of action
The Mentor is expected to:
Create the methodology and dynamics for company mentorship, scanning internal processes in the company, defining business processes that have potential for optimization and automation and also reporting on the mentoring and scanning developed.
Work plan for the development of the mentorship, including the proposed strategy and methodologies, as well as the quality assurance plan;
Evaluation of the processes that have potential for optimization and automation.
Creating a list of processes that will optimize / improve the work / processes in the company
Advice and support for companies during the mentoring phase
Final report on the implementation of processes after the end of the mentoring process.
Requirements for Mentors experience and skills:
Minimum Master Education in Economics or other relevant field;
Academic experience (at least 5 years) and applied experience related to SMEs and internal SME infrastructures;
Theoretical and applied experience related to ecosystems for innovation and startups;
Experience in capacity building in SMEs;
Ability to work independently and in situations with tight dynamics and tight deadlines;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills including company scanning experience / mentoring / consulting.
