CALL FOR EXPERT/LECTURER FOR DIGITAL MARKETING (application deadline 17.12.2020)
iCAN is looking to engage one expert/lecturer in the field of Digital Marketing to lecture in a 5-day course on Digital Marketing.
Applicants will need to provide to iCAN the syllabus of the course and implementation plan that will articulate the overall ToR requirements including the proposed methodology, clear timeline and process sharing.
Methodology and field of action
The Lecturer is expected to:
Create the methodology and dynamics for Digital Marketing course, teach companies and unemployed people about basic digital marketing skills, teaching on how people can covert this skills into a job on the labor market, and also reporting after the course is finished.
Teaching on Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics (SEO & SEM), Online Community Management, User Experience, and Consumer Behavior.
The lecturer will be responsible for the organization and delivery of high quality teaching material and assessment of participants’ performance various students’ audiences, including unemployed people and companies.
Advice and support for students and companies during the course
Final report on the implementation of processes after the end of the lecturing process.
Requirements for Mentors experience and skills:
Minimum Master Education in Economics or other relevant field;
Academic experience (at least 5 years) and applied experience related to Digital Marketing, SMEs and internal SME infrastructures;
Theoretical and applied experience related to ecosystems for innovation and startups;
Ability to work independently and in situations with tight dynamics and tight deadlines;
Excellent interpersonal communication and consulting skills.
